We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer Manager to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manages a medium-sized or multiple small Cash Processing and Funds Transfer teams responsible for providing quality support to clients for their transactions and processes.
  • Ensures best-practice approaches for streamlining and optimization processes through workflow design and technology.
  • Applies in-depth knowledge and expertise on service offerings.
  • Proactive assessment and resolution of complex transaction issues.
  • Develops process for quality improvement and systems to test and maintain cash processing and transactions management.
  • Acts as an escalation point for complex problems that less experienced resources cannot solve.
  • Responsible for crafting solutions and methods to resolve issues at hand and similar issues in the future.
  • Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Manages one or more Cash Processing and Funds Transfer teams.
  • Responsible for achievement of team goals.
  • Ensures team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives.
  • Manages the human resources of the team, including coaching, performance management and career development.
  • May manage financial resources of the team (budgets, expenses, etc.).

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
  • Experience in financial investments preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
