We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Agile Coach to join our ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION OFFICE team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Helps teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.
  • Operates at an enterprise level and help solve systematic problems in a structured manner.
  • Helps people rethink and change the way they go about development.
  • act as servant leaders to the team, to support and evangelize best practices for agile and ways of working.
  • Possesses experience and expertise acquired by supporting a business line with expertise in cross functional team leadership.
  • Proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy roadmap across the entire line of business before the pilot project.
  • Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is not part of the scrum team by providing objective guidance, without personal or political considerations.
  • Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
  • 15 -22 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support Scrum teams.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and practices to drive project success and team improvement.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
