We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology Infrastructure team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Design, implement, integrate, and support various mainframe, mid-frame, distributed, web, and PC operating systems and ancillary products
  • Review new and modified file transmission requests to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform moderate to complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert to resolve infrastructure issues
  • Monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents, and follow defined procedures for routine, low priority incident resolution
  • Escalate new or high priority incidents to second level infrastructure support
  • Develop, design, and implement automation for manual processes to improve efficiency
  • Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed
  • Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
