We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Administration and Planning to join our Markets LOB Hub team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide support across core business management functions including location strategy, real estate coordination, enterprise-wide initiatives, and early talent programmes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support key enterprise initiatives on behalf of the wider team.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across the Markets line of business.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Management to identify business challenges and translate them into structured projects.
  • Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, and early career programmes aligned to Power Our Culture goals.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, calls, and discussions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI.
  • Manage multichannel communication plans including Newsletters, Town Halls, and other engagement formats.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Finance or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services or business partner function.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times.
  • Ability to create and maintain organisation of many ongoing initiatives.
  • PC skills: Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities.
