Full Job Description
Manages multiple teams of Product Owners and Product Managers. Supports multiple products and provides oversight and operational direction. Responsible for managing multiple, large, complex products. Thinks big and innovates on a cross-functional product or domain area. Comprehensive understanding of the entire solution landscape. Advanced skills in managing complex dependencies and trade-offs. Ability to align solution development with enterprise strategy. Strong problem-solving skills for high-level solution challenges.Primary responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing complex product management initiatives, budgets, and resourcing. Provides innovative direction and guidance on product management processes and methods. Supports team in product iterations, troubleshoot and removing obstacles. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Coordinates with Product Managers and Owners across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Guides the development of large and complex solutions. Oversees solution-level backlogs and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. Manages multiple product management teams. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives.Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
