We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, IM Research II to join our Asset Management team. This role is located in Pune.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Some understanding of the asset management industry and basic knowledge of investment markets, strategies, products, and fund structures would be desirable.
- Min 3 plus of work experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is a must
- Strong background in data analysis and advanced skills in Excel
- An interest in ESG, sustainable and responsible investing is key. Advanced data management skills (excel) also required
- A technical background in ESG reporting/ data management would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite
- Similar experience at a competitor organization would be beneficial
