We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Product & Innovation Digital Assets Custody team. This role is located in New York city.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support product strategy development through industry research and trend analysis.
  • Assist in translating client needs into product features and enhancements.
  • Help maintain product documentation and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product delivery and governance.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, digital assets, or product management.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain technology and financial market structure.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a collaborative mindset.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
