We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Deposits Product Management II to join our Wealth Management organization. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA, or New York NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assist in managing existing deposit (checking, savings, and certificate of deposits) and investment cash sweep products
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to develop and implement direct to client campaigns to deepen Wealth Management client banking adoption
  • Provide analytical and operational support to assist in determining and implementing interest rates for deposit and investment cash sweep products
  • Provide analytics support to identify opportunities to increase deposit profitability and increase client adoption of self-service digital solutions (e.g. bill pay, wires, ACH, mobile deposit, etc.)
  • Assist in project managing new deposit solutions and initiatives
  • Support colleagues and team with competitive, market, and financial analyses to gain breadth and depth of knowledge in relevant products, services, and platforms.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and profitability of assigned deposit and cash sweep products.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related area.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in Wealth Management and Private Banking
  • Presentation and communication skills with a focus on attention to details
  • Experience in Product Management, operations, or client management preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • No direct reports.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
