We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I to join our Performance team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Join a dynamic team, working closely with Portfolio Managers and Performance Analysts, playing an integral role in calculating Daily and Monthly returns for various reporting purposes.
- Calculate index, fund, and client returns (Daily, Monthly, Yearly) for Active and Indexing strategies.
- Perform Attribution analysis for Active and Indexing strategies.
- Reconcile cash flows between systems.
- Identify Corporate Action events impacting the performance of accounts and funds.
- Detect pricing issues affecting account and fund performance.
- Conduct account research to finalize returns.
- Address performance-related ad hoc queries from Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship teams, and RFP/RFQ teams.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Measurement and Attribution.
- Basic understanding of Power BI and Excel macros.
- Familiarity with Aladdin and FactSet is a plus.
