We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Alternatives Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Reviewing investor trade data (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) for alternative investment fund transactions and producing oversight reports.
  • Performing daily reconciliations of investor holdings and cash movements; resolve variances with Fund Accounting.
  • Supporting client onboarding and account maintenance, including documentation checks, and system updates.
  • Collaborating with relationship managers and internal teams to resolve client queries.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years’ experience in financial services operations (transfer agency, fund administration or custodial services), ideally with exposure to alternative investments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and internal processing systems.
