Job overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Innovation Intern to join our APAC Strategic Partnership and Innovation (SPIN). This role is located in Singapore – Hybrid. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic innovation initiatives, explore emerging technologies, and support projects that drive business transformation across the organization and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & Market Research: Assist in research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation best practices.
• Discovery & Workshop Preparation: Support workshops and session analysis that inform future innovation opportunities.
• Client Engagement Support: Prepare client packs and presentation materials for workshops and engagement activities.
• Innovation Process Support: Assist in collaboration with cross functional teams’ innovation administration, strategy and ad-hoc request.
• Ad-hoc project: From time to time, you will be requested to support ad-hoc project and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Strategy or Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity in innovation frameworks, design thinking or agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Figjam, and Miro is a plus.
