Were seeking a future team member for the role of 2026 BNY Analyst to join the People Team. The role are located in Wroclaw, Poland.

BNY Analyst Program

Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career.

Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNYs entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY and its clients, while receiving personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions.

The People Team

The People Team function is focused on improving how we work by making smart investments in our people, continuous improvements in our processes, technology-driven innovation in our platforms, and providing top-of-the-line experiences for our people. Our function is made of multiple teams across the world who work as One People Team to acquire, develop, reward and retain top talent while delivering a more consistent, high-quality experience to our stakeholders.

Together, we support a wide range of strategic work and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to our stakeholders. People Team Summer Interns will have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas, based on their interests and business need: Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Thrive Together, Compensation or Benefits & Wellbeing.

As a People Team Summer Intern, youll contribute to impactful projects across the People Function, analytics, and technology, with opportunities to explore employee experience, workforce analytics, change management, and AI in a dynamic, global environment.

Examples of Work You May Do

  • Employee Experience: Analyze and improve onboarding or internal mobility experiences using employee feedback and digital tools.
  • Test AI in Action: Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People operations, such as drafting knowledge articles or powering internal help bots.
  • Bring Data to Life: Build or refine dashboards that track key people metricslike engagement trends, exit patterns, or learning participation.
  • Drive Internal Talent Mobility: Contribute to initiatives that match employees to open roles or projects based on skills, interests, and business needs.
  • Voice of the Employee: Help run pulse surveys or focus groups and synthesize insights to inform people strategies.
  • Support Change Initiatives: Create toolkits, communications, or digital materials that help employees navigate change confidently.
  • Research Future Skills: Conduct competitor and market research to inform our evolving skills framework and workforce strategy.

Program eligibility:

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
  • Strong interest in pursuing career in HR.
  • Advanced proficiency in Polish and English; German is an asset.
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026.
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
