What is this position about?
Securities & Prime Network Management oversees an integral role in the ongoing management aspects of the custody related business, overseeing the network operations and infrastructure of the Global Markets organizations on a global scale.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
A typical day of a Network Manager at BNP Paribas Hong Kong Branch manages daily inquiries and escalations from cash operations, trade settlements, Reconciliation teams, front office, etc.
Collaboration with relationship managers, Desks, Compliance teams, and agent banks to resolve exceptions, escalate incidents, business enabling projects and custody infrastructure management.
Primary Role Responsibilities
Lead and manage conversation across multiple regions, driving engagement, change, communication, succession planning, mobility and diversity.
Foster a high-performance culture while encouraging collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing inter-teams.
Ensure a robust control environment across functions, focusing on timely resolution of breaks, audits and escalations.
Develop and implement strategies to effectively maintain and manage firm accounts globally, analysing their activity, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Business, Technology, HR and other Ops teams.
Conduct regular reviews, providing insights and recommendations to enhance services and satisfaction between teams and providers.
Regularly review, update and improve operational processes of other teams (fees, setts etc) to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Align to organization objectives and support various initiatives to meet cost and efficiency targets.
