This individual will be involved in supporting BXMAs institutional fundraising and investor relations activities across Asia.  

This will include developing relationships with new clients and working closely with existing investors in a client servicing capacity.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Support development and execution of BXMAs fundraising and investor relations activities

• Create marketing materials, prepare for client meetings and conference calls, work on customized client reporting, and address all other ad hoc client investment requests.

• Work closely with BXMAs investment teams and other functional groups to generate the appropriate investment solutions and information to communicate to clients.

• Participate in regular meetings and conference calls with existing clients to review portfolios/funds, discuss investment decisions, and cover questions regarding fund exposures, manager strategies, performance attribution, industry outlook, etc.

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The ideal candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in the asset management industry, with solid foundational knowledge of both private and public market investment strategies.

• Have a strong eye for detail

• Possess highly effective communication skills

• Be highly fluent in English and at least one other Asian language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese)

• Be an extraordinarily motivated and self-driven individual

• Be a highly collaborative team player and contribute to a positive team culture

• Demonstrate sound business judgment

• Demonstrate strong Excel, PowerPoint, and writing skills
