Job Description: Responsible for performing financial and valuation analysis, resolving complex financial and accounting issues, advanced modeling, due diligence, drafting client presentation materials, execution of live transactions, and assistance with new business development. Coordination of various processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions. Preparation of offering memoranda, proposals and other written materials for meetings with clients. Perform research, various analyses and/or financial modeling in support of new business generation and transaction execution. Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings. lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments. Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions. Collaborate with corporate clients, private equity firms and senior bankers.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, 
Economics, Business, or a related field. Requires one (1) year of experience in financial or capital 
oriented analytical role at a financial institution. Experience must include: Driving initiatives or 
transactions to optimize a banks consolidated capital usage and align with profitability (ROE) 
objectives. U.S. regulatory requirements for financial institutions, inclusive of Basel rules and 
CCAR/DFAST, and ability to assess the impact of potential transactions and strategic deals on a 
banks capital adequacy, RWA, and capital stress testing results. Liquidity and funding risks across 
a banks balance sheet and ability to assess potential liquidity / funding implications of potential 
advisory transactions. Banks funding strategies, including attracting deposits and optimizing the 
banks capital structure to support due diligence process for advisory engagements. S&P Capital 
IQ to build financial models for banks and other financial institutions. Drafting formal procedures 
/ policies to support investment banking due diligence process, such as drafting of information 
memoranda, and other transaction-related materials for advisory engagements. Salary Range:
