The Equity Derivatives Sales Trading team (EDST) is acting as an expert service team, in between the sales teams and the trading teams in charge of the management of the trading books. This function aims to ensure efficient communication between the teams and provide our clients with service excellence. The team plays a key role in the growth of the client franchise activity by being a centre of expertise on pricing, performing secondary market, producing stats and reports.

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversight to prices requested over Digital channels (mail, API, Fix)

  • Provide both indicative and trading prices for equity structured products on primary and secondary markets.

  • Define workflows where necessary to improve current Sales SalesTrading Trading process

  • Monitor client portfolio on secondary market, act as first contact point for product related questions

  • Contribute actively to the monitoring and the development of the existing platforms to improve our capacity and serve our clients better

  • Analyse and produce extensive data reports about client activities and share feedback with the entire trading & sales team to identify revenue growth opportunities

Job Specifications

Qualification and skills

  • Master degree in Finance and or Engineering

  • Knowledge of programming

  • Fluent in English / Spanish

Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented

  • Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment

  • Well-organized and meticulous in details

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • A team player

  • High integrity
