To be successful as a Senior Test Automation Engineer VP - Digital Assets, you should:

  • Bring considerable experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for complex enterprise platform

  • Have practical exposure to Wallets, Digital Asset, APIs, and distributed systems testing within regulated environments

  • Be skilled in building automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality, speed, and control

  • Understand how to validate end-to-end workflows, including token issuance, transfer, settlement, interoperability, and exception handling

  • Be confident using AI-enabled quality engineering and productivity tooling to optimize test design, improve defect detection, increase delivery efficiency, and strengthen risk management across the software lifecycle

Other highly valued skills include:

  • Knowledge of tokenized deposits, bonds, repos, stablecoins, or related tokenization use cases

  • Experience in performance, resiliency, regression, API, and non-functional testing

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
