A critical role in the EU Compliance and Operational Risk team responsible for executing the Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR) Program, conducting second-line defense oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance across different business units in Frankfurt, Germany.

The primary responsibilities include executing the GCOR Program, delivering program elements on time, reviewing and challenging front-line units, and providing comprehensive oversight of business operations and activities.

Required experience includes knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks in financial institutions, ability to work with international cross-border teams, deep understanding of European Union regulatory environments, and mandatory fluency in German and English.
