Job description
An exciting 3-year apprenticeship at Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe (BDK) in Hamburg, focusing on IT digitalization management. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop comprehensive IT and commercial skills while working at the intersection of IT and non-IT departments, learning to plan and organize projects economically and user-oriented.
During this three-year apprenticeship, you will explore various stations and tasks within the IT department. You'll gain profound knowledge about managing and administering IT systems and environments, developing skills in project planning, organizational management, and understanding the intersection between technical and business processes.
Key requirements include having a high school diploma with good grades, strong mathematics skills, genuine interest in computer technology and business contexts, excellent communication abilities, and analytical thinking. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adaptability in a dynamic technological environment.
BDK offers an attractive package including 30 days of annual leave, 40-hour flexible work weeks, social and asset-building benefits. The application process includes assessments in general knowledge, mathematics, spelling, English, and personal interviews. The bank emphasizes diversity, equal opportunities, and is committed to supporting candidates with disabilities.
