Job Description: Manage Agency NBI Execute planned activities to stimulate production and achieve NBI targets. Communicate company news, campaigns, and challenges to agents in assigned areas. Monitor and analyze operational issues, providing solutions to improve efficiency. Promote sales practices in compliance with Market Conduct principles. Drive digital adoption (Paperless processes) among agents. Encourage needs-based selling and promote a diverse product mix aligned with customer-centric approach.
