Responsibilities: Perform actuarial pricing and ongoing monitoring of Employee Benefits (Group Life and Group Medical). Perform experience studies, assumption reviews and maintain health data inventory to support group product pricing. Communicate clearly with other teams to ensure business objectives are met. Monitor Employee Benefits product profitability. Propose and implement improvements to regular departmental processes, analyses, reports and documentation. Support the business units in handling reinsurance arrangements and queries. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives. Qualifications: University graduate, major in Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Statistics. At least 4 years' experience in Insurance industry. Details oriented with good time management and prioritization skills. Strong communication skills, particularly relating to business considerations and using non-technical jargon. Good command of spoken and written English. Programming skills (R, VBA and SQL) and database skill a plus. In pursuit of actuarial qualification.
