Job overview: Were seeking a curious, forward-thinking individual who is passionate about trends and innovation. Youll help shape AXAs future health propositions and strategies through identifying emerging developments and analysing their impact. Youll support with the translation of complex internal and external insight into clear, practical implications for future propositions. Key responsibilities: Research emerging healthcare, wellbeing, and insurance trends including clinical innovation, digital health, funding trends, policy changes and consumer behaviour. Monitor external sources such as academic research, industry reports, competitor activity, start-ups and investment trends. Analyse quantitative and qualitative insight to identify themes, risks, and opportunities for future propositions. Translate findings into clear and concise insights and implications for proposition strategy and innovation. Support the development of the proposition and innovation pipeline by producing evidence to inform prioritisation and investment decisions. Track competitor propositions, partnerships and capability developments across health and wellbeing. Maintain up to date intelligence on how the market is evolving and where differentiation opportunities exist. Produce high quality insight packs and briefings tailored to senior audiences. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Were also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Your skills & experience: Experience in research, strategy, consulting or analyst roles ideally within healthcare or insurance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights. Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data. Curious, structured thinker with strong problem-solving capability. Ability to manage multiple streams and priorities. Comfortable working in ambiguity and with incomplete information. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
