Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, proactively identify and address potential obstacles, and ensure project execution is on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, vendors, and IT to ensure alignment of expectations and facilitate seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Plan, coordinate, and manage change activities to ensure smooth project rollout and adoption. Monitor vendor performance, address issues proactively, mitigate risks, and ensure achievement of project milestones. Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency supporting strategic organizational goals. Lead compliance and regulatory projects, ensuring operational processes and procedures adhere to established standards and regulations. Support management with project governance, including overseeing project evaluations and sharing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Engage and manage project stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment on project objectives and progress. Facilitate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts. Promote adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Management, information technology or related fields. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within operations or process improvement environments in insurance or financial industry Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior post.
