Job overview: AXA Bolton Office is looking for a group of People Services Advisors to join the team on a fixed term basis until the end of 2026. Are you someone who loves helping others and keeping things organised? You'll play a key role in guiding our colleagues with expert advice, managing cases, and supporting our HR systems. If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you! Key responsibilities: Handle calls and emails, provide HR support, manage case portfolios, and ensure data accuracy in our systems. Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch service and support vital HR projects. Answer calls and provide advice to colleagues. Manage cases via Help and support HR tasks and escalate issues when necessary. Support HR processes and document filing. Collaborate with payroll and other teams. Prioritise tasks effectively. Ensure high-quality customer service at all times. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Were also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
