Responsibilities: AI Learning Strategy & Roadmap Build and manage an integrated Tech, Data & AI learning roadmap across different personas (general employees, people managers, leaders and ExCom, IT, AI Champions). Define key success factors, adoption KPIs and track learning impact Identify critical AI skill gaps across different departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Business Lines, Operations). Utilize data analytics and AI to predict future talent needs and optimize training impact. Curriculum Design & Delivery Design high-impact training programs covering Prompt Engineering, Generative AI tools, and Agentic AI. Leverage AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. Synthesia, HeyGen) to produce scalable, personalized video and interactive learning modules. Develop a strategy for "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) training, teaching staff how to supervise and audit autonomous agent outputs. Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and how agents access company data safely. Change Management & Adoption Act as a "Change Agent" to address employee anxieties regarding AI displacement, fostering a culture of "Human-AI Collaboration." Build and lead an AI Champions Network a group of internal power users who advocate for and teach AI best practices within their teams. Run onboarding, cadences, enablement kits, and recognition for AI Champions. Capture field feedback and loop insights back to central teams. Partner with HR / Internal Communications on launches and engagement. Apply structured change practices to drive sustained adoption. Act as a consultant to the wider HR team on how AI can enhance work within the department. AI Governance & Ethics Collaborate with Internal Controls (e.g. Legal and Compliance, IT, Risk, Security) to educate staff on Responsible AI, ensuring all AI usage complies with company ethics and data security policies. Partners with SMEs on formulating practical training toolkits, and do/dont guidance. Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Digital Transformation in multinational organisation. Hands-on experience implementing AI enablement initiatives or training is a plus. Technical Literacy: Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI automation workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong program and stakeholder management skills with proven track record of leading organisational change. Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially the ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into simple, actionable language for non-technical staff. Experience with communities of practice or champion networks.
