As Machine Learning Engineer - Data Scientist on our team, you will: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and frame their challenges as analytical problems. Apply machine learning, statistical methods, and optimization techniques to develop innovative solutions that drive business impact. Design, build, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models, ensuring their reliability and robustness. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML products: from ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing evaluation in production. Collaborate with fellow Data Scientists to share knowledge, best practices, and continuously improve our methodologies. Ensure the quality and performance of your solutions through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring post-deployment. Contribute to our data science community by developing reusable assets, sharing your expertise, and participating in innovation initiatives. Profile As Machine Learning Engineer Data Scientist, you have: At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML engineer or a similar analytical role. Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science). Strong practical knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and optimization techniques, with hands-on experience in applying them to real-world problems. Experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying end-to-end data science solutions. Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries Familiarity with cloud computing environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent in English, as well as French or Dutch And you are also: Passionate about solving business problems with data and analytics.
