Highlight of the role: The Health Ambassador acts as a strategic partner to our agency force, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and insurance solutions. This pivotal role drive agent literacy regarding our medical ecosystem by actively engaging with agents, introducing our healthcare network, pre-approval mechanisms, and value-added medical services. The ambassador empowers agents to deliver superior advice to clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Agent Enablement & Education: Design and deliver educational initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to enhance agent proficiency in navigating the healthcare network and pre-approval processes. Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex medical concepts into clear, actionable insights for agents to use during client interactions. Provide procedural guidance support to agents as needed, helping in navigating medical processes smoothly. Operational Support & Advisory: Offer high-level consultancy to agency partners on complex medical cases, guiding them toward appropriate specialists and facilities within the company's panel. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical pre-approval or network-related inquiries, ensuring swift resolution by coordinating with medical providers and internal teams. Network Promotion & Strategy: Champion the adoption of the companys healthcare services and panel doctors among the agency force Collaborate closely with Network and Proposition teams to ensure the effective delivery of medical services and continuous improvement of the healthcare network and client journey. Gather market intelligence and agent feedback to propose improvements to the medical network and service journey. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key agency leaders and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration to deliver effective medical solutions. Working closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services and initiatives, sharing insights and aligning strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related healthcare disciplines (Clinical background highly preferred) 47 years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare management, or medical insurance, with proven experience in training or stakeholder management. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify medical jargon for non-medical audiences. Strong presentation skills for conducting briefings or training sessions. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex cases under pressure.
