/ Job Description Overview AXA Japan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Transversal team in Solution Delivery for Operation, Customers, P&C, and Corporate Functions business. This role is responsible for Scrum/Change Management, Solution Architect, Release Management, and Expert Business Analyst transversally across the business value facing tribes and Engineering teams. This role requires insurance domain knowledge, business applications/projects delivery experience and the ability to partner across business and IT teams. This position will report to a Corporate Officer, Solution Delivery Key responsibilities Accountable and Supervise the below four transversal functions Scrum/Change Management Manage a consolidated & comprehensive project delivery schedule which include projects, BAUs, QoS(Quality of Service) initiatives, and IT Security initiatives, if conflicts or risk at delivery, lead to address. Develop delivery KPIs which includes quality, Velocity, and efficiency, monitor & lead further improvement Lead scrum(s) as a scrum master aligned with AXA Agile framework Initiate and execute PI Plannings for complex and multiple stakeholders involved projects 2 .
