Deputy Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Bangalore, Karnataka, India We are looking for highly skilled professionals with Robust hands-on and architectural expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the Power Platform. The role requires deep experience in cloud-based data platforms, effective SQL capabilities, and exposure to modern AI technologies, including Generative and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an enterprise cloud environment, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and designing scalable, governed analytics solutions. What youll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Development of Power BI reports and datasets, ensuring performance, scalability, and governance. Work extensively with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to enable end-user analytics and automation. Develop and optimize SQL-based data transformations and analytical models. Support and guide teams on modern analytics patterns, including semantic modeling and reusable data assets. Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Fabric architecture, including workspaces, Lakehouse, Warehouses, Data Engineering, and Semantic Models. Contribute to innovative initiatives involving Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI use cases within analytics and reporting. Work closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will report to Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. What you will BRING Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelors degree in commerce or science. MBA (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance preferred. Relevant years of experience with effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Robust architectural knowledge of Microsoft Fabric. Hands-on experience with MS Fabric workspaces and components. Advanced skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization) Relevant experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Solid expertise in SQL and data modeling concepts. Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure. Exposure to Azure Databricks and modern data engineering patterns. Desired Skills and Abilities: DP600 / DP700 Microsoft certifications. Working knowledge or exposure to Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI concepts.
