Were looking for a proactive Data Operations Support Analyst to join our exciting new Impact and Enablement team within the Data, Analytics and Insights Function. Youll help drive operational excellence by managing project trackers, frameworks, and reports that showcase the value we deliver. While you wont be directly creating data assets, youll work closely with analysts to support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a data-literate culture. Key responsibilities: Assist in creating, validating, and maintaining high quality operational data reports to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support the management of the Data Output Catalogue and collaborate with the Data Governance team on its integration within Collibra. Help develop and redesign processes and support the setup of a SharePoint site to promote transparency and easy access for stakeholders. Provide administrative support for frameworks such as partnership packs, project trackers, and communication materials. Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings, workshops, and internal updates. Gather stakeholder feedback to identify data needs and enhance data storytelling for better business decision-making. Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor data usage, impact, and project KPIs. Assist in creating case studies and success stories to demonstrate the teams value to the wider business. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all outputs. Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude, fostering good relationships with team members and stakeholders. Organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed. Adept at preparing clear reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials. Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop practical solutions. Basic understanding of data tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics platforms to support reporting and dashboard creation. Demonstrated ability to support process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
