Start Date: July Location: Little Island, Cork Training: 68 weeks hybrid training on joining (please note: annual leave cannot be accommodated during this initial training period) Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts Mon - Fri & one Saturday shift every 5 weeks Salary: 30,850 with 10% PRP Bonus Were looking for friendly, caring and pragmatic people to join our Customer Service team at laya healthcare. As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for our members, supporting them with empathy, clarity and professionalism during inbound calls. Youll play a key part in making sure every member feels heard, reassured and valued.
