Discover more: https://www.axa.com/en/about-us/our-purpose Job description As a Business Manager Operational Excellence you will work under the direct lead of the Head of Operational Excellence, and in close collaboration with the Feature Team Business Process Digitalization, which has a primary focus on efficiency increasing initiatives for operations. These are achieved by simplifying processes, followed by automating them, across Lines of Business: Life, Corporate P&C as well as Retail P&C. The automation is done through acceleration platforms: business process management, self-servicing tools for both brokers and customers and Robotics Automation (RPA and RDA). As these acceleration platforms are complementary to traditional IT platforms and transformation initiatives you will closely collaborate with Architecture, IT and Transformation teams. As such you will lead the Business Analysts within the Operational Excellence Domain in their activity to translate business requirements for these automation initiatives into a structured and baselined scope document. To avoid the mere automating of existing logic you will challenge the Line of Business representatives on the simplification of their business processes. You will work in close collaboration with each business representatives to identify further automation opportunities, always with an end-to-end process perspective (Underwriting, Contract management, Claims management), and challenge them on the simplification/automation of their processes. You will keep track of the automation benefits agreed upon with Line of Business management and liaise with the automation framework managed from within the Operational Excellence Domain. As such you will act as the Single Point of Contact for Line of Business management (C-1) for Roadmap definition and prioritization, for the efficiency gains that result from it and for the Roadmap Realization, in close collaboration with the Feature Manager for Business Process Digitalization. The formal governance body to convey these messages is through quarterly steering committees (boost sessions). The process implementation methodology is Agile; you will safeguard the respect for the ceremonies and Sprint planning/demo discipline.
