Conduct regular communication meetings and briefings with agencies to ensure corporate communications are understood and can be implemented. Ensure the key distribution fundamentals are in focus in every agency Gather information from the frontline on opportunities and issues affecting business to enable RD to develop suitable strategies Address concerns and resolve conflict with agency leaders and their teams Assist RDs in develop business performance expectations that are clearly communicated, understood and measured in respective areas Drive support and engagement of the agencies in the respective areas as a key company strategies Partnering agencies in execute sales, upsell, cross sell and retention strategies Partnering agencies in implement and support recruitment initiatives Lead the change process to support adoption of new strategies and methods initiated by agency management/ corporate Qualifications: Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university Min. 3 years working experience in distribution agency Strong competency in agency management and business acumen.
