What you'll be doing: Analyse and document current business processes across departments, helping us understand where improvements are needed. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing ways to reduce costs and streamline operations. Work closely with operations, IT, and other teams to design and implement process improvements. Support change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working. Monitor the impact of implemented changes, providing ongoing analysis to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of operational integrity. What you'll bring: Experience in analysing and improving business processes, ideally within insurance or related industries. Skills in using process mapping tools like Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart. Knowledge of insurance systems and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, Solvency II, or AML is a plus. Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to create visual reports for diverse audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. A commitment to upholding integrity, transparency, and customer focus.
