Responsibilities: Assist Head of AXA Prime Blue and Agency Marketing to develop and implement agency marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives Coordinate promotional campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events) Manage the agency marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns Monitor and analyses campaign performance, preparing reports for management Ensure brand consistency across all agency marketing materials and activities Lead and mentor of assistant officer Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing approaches Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and agencies Support the execution of Prime Blues objectives, including: Articulating Prime Blues unique value proposition versus competitors Establishing the Prime Blue community and culture to foster brand affinity among agents Enhancing penetration and effectiveness of recruitment materials Reconfiguring recruitment events to increase engagement and conversions Promoting Prime Blue through segmented, targeted content strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or agency distribution sectors, especially in agency recruitment Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events Strong understanding of brand management and agency/partner engagement strategies Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare insightful reports Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong vendor management skills and the ability to build and maintain external relationships Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and innovative marketing practices Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and targeted messaging Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
