What youll be DOING As a Graduate Trainee in the Distribution team, youll play a key role in how AXA XL partners with its intermediaries (insurance brokers) and clients. Youll gain exposure to relationship management, portfolio insights, market strategy, and how insurance solutions are brought to life. You will also be encouraged to challenge existing processes and introduce new ideas and data insights. What will your essential responsibilities include? Assist on reporting and management of client and intermediary data, preparing monthly reports to the management team on client and broker performance and proposing new ways to view, analyze and use data Assist on client management, specifically the implementation of AXA XLs Global Client Framework, Account Strategy Plans with a focus on nominated Strategic Clients Assist with intermediary management, gain an understanding of the insurance broker business, analyzing these portfolios and providing insights to the business to identify opportunities to further grow our revenue within the broker segment Assist on Opportunity Pipeline Management and consolidation, identifying potential clients for future partnership and displaying best practice usage of our CRM tool (Salesforce) To coordinate multiline business to drive Cross-Sell between AXA Lines of Business and between Entities to increase product density Support all insurance broker-related activities to maintain consistent approaches delivered to the brokers from all AXA entities Help coordinate internal projects related to distribution strategy, client experience, and market development Learn how specialty insurance solutions are positioned and delivered in a competitive market Help introduce and embed AI into our Client Distribution process and practices You will report to Client Distribution Leader.
