The Opportunity As a result of exponential growth our Data, AI & Analytics team is looking to hire Executives (equivalent to a Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director in Big4 consulting) to grow our advanced analytics, modelling, and digitised risk solution offerings in Australia. We support our clients by working in close collaboration with our legal counterparts and teams across the Risk Advisory practice to focus on how data and analytics can be used to deliver a best-in-class legal led consulting service. We combine our advanced analytics and data science expertise to design and deliver data-driven risk management solutions across a vast array of domains from financial crime to employment to cybersecurity to name just a few. - You have 5-8 years' experience working in data analytics, data science, or a quantitative risk role, ideally in a client facing role in a well-respected consultancy.
- You have experience developing analytical models, building tooling, or delivering digitised risk solutions for clients.
- You have experience deploying analytics to support remediation programmes, ideally including wage or entitlements compliance, and understand the regulatory and operational nuances involved.
- You have exposure to applying data and analytics to support disputes, conduct risk, or litigation support matters.
- You're a self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving and requires you to be proactive, confident and humble.
- You have proven experience managing multiple projects, including developing go-to-market material and proposals, pre-engagement activities, producing high quality deliverables, conducting stakeholder workshops, issuing final reports and billing.
- It's desirable if you're experienced and comfortable with the common tools in this space. We typically work with Python, SQL, Alteryx, and cloud platforms, alongside visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Experience with workflow automation, version control, or data engineering platforms is also valued - but we're open to equivalent toolsets.
