We provide the opportunity to work with an expertise-led team that has been consistently growing since its inception, and is dedicated to collaboration, diversity, transparency and innovation. Our vision is to create a unique culture in the consulting market based around a flat, collaborative structure that offers everyone the opportunity to work closely with Directors, Partners and clients on engagements. This means you have on the job training with your leaders, direct involvement with business development, clear recognition for your performance, and greater career opportunities.

The Opportunity

As a result of exponential growth our Data, AI & Analytics team is seeking Directors to grow our advanced analytics, modelling, and digitised risk solution offerings in Australia. We support our clients by working in close collaboration with our legal counterparts and teams across the Risk Advisory practice to focus on how data and analytics can be used to deliver a best-in-class legal led consulting service.

We combine our advanced analytics and data science expertise to design and deliver data-driven risk management solutions across a vast array of domains from financial crime to employment to cybersecurity to name just a few.

As a Director, you will lead high-performing teams in developing and delivering solutions for a variety of blue-chip clients across industries. You will be responsible for the successful execution of client engagements, including onboarding and building teams, defining delivery and implementation strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring profitability and budget control, and actively coaching and developing your team members to build capability and foster a high-performing culture.

You will play a pivotal role in business development and go-to-market activities to build the profile of the firm and yourself. This includes identifying and converting opportunities, designing and leading campaigns, developing tailored client plans, and driving sales to expand our footprint across existing and new clients. A strong market-facing presence and the ability to credibly represent the firm as a thought leader are essential. We will actively support you in building your own profile as a successful subject matter expert in the market. You will also contribute to shaping the firm's brand and reputation through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and building strong internal and external networks to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions for your clients.

  • You have experience deploying analytics to support remediation programmes, ideally including wage or entitlements compliance, and understand the regulatory and operational nuances involved.
  • You have demonstrable experience applying data and analytics to support disputes, conduct risk, or litigation support matters.
  • You have a strong track record of designing and delivering reusable, efficient tooling and digitised solutions that allow clients to embed risk management into their day-to-day operations at scale.
  • You have a strong commercial mindset and proven experience building a profitable and sustainable consulting pipeline through creating, fostering, and expanding senior client relationships.
  • You have led multiple large-scale, multi-stream projects, and are confident operating across all aspects of the engagement lifecycle, including developing go-to-market strategies, leading proposal development, delivering workshops, overseeing deliverables, and managing commercials.
