As a Python Data Engineering Software Developer (Associate) you will help design and build an enterprise data platform to manage large volumes of structured and unstructured market, reference, and alternative data. You will collaborate directly with researchers and portfolio managers to define and implement business requirements, build data validation and back-testing tools, and provision datasets used in research and investment processes. The role leverages big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), cloud platforms, and the Python/NumPy/pandas stack to deliver scalable, extensible solutions. This position is based in Bengaluru and is part of AQR's new Data Engineering team within Enterprise Engineering.
