AQR is hiring a full-time Analyst/Associate on the Onboarding team within Operations to manage client onboarding events and ensure all deliverables are completed. The role coordinates with internal teams and external counterparties to run launches, terminations, in-kind transfers, strategy changes and other operational events using proprietary workflow tools. Responsibilities include tracking and reconciliations, completing account opening documentation, independently managing inquiries, and identifying process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Requires an undergraduate degree, 2–5 years of client onboarding experience at a bank or investment manager, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/SQL.
