Job description
A senior client management role in the healthcare sector at Aon, focusing on developing and expanding client relationships, identifying needs, and leveraging commercial opportunities in the healthcare industry. As a Client Manager in Healthcare at Aon, you will maximize the insurance portfolio of clients by delivering tailored solutions aligned with their objectives. You will leverage synergies between customer needs and internal capabilities, utilizing current knowledge of the healthcare sector to attract new leads and retain existing clients. Your role involves contributing to departmental goals by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new customers.
Candidates must have a completed HBO or WO education, possess a WFT diploma (Basis, Damage and Income), and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector. Strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex issues into clear advice, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare sector risks are essential. Proficiency in connecting client needs with appropriate insurance solutions is crucial.
