Job description
Aon is seeking an Internal Account Manager for Small Enterprises who will engage with small business entrepreneurs, provide insurance solutions, and serve as a key point of contact for business customers across various communication channels.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with small business entrepreneurs through multiple channels like email, phone, and video calls. Your primary duties include explaining Aon's services, understanding customer needs, providing advice on business damage insurance, and acting as a connecting point between customers and internal parties like the power of attorney company.
Candidates must have an HBO work and thinking level, preferably in a commercial direction, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You must possess WFT Basis and WFT Business Damage certification (or be willing to obtain it), have excellent oral and written Dutch language skills, and demonstrate enthusiasm and drive to build strong customer relationships.
