The ideal candidate will have 5 years of independent project management experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while managing project scope, budget, and resources.
Primary responsibilities include managing entire project lifecycle for technology initiatives, developing and maintaining project charters, plans, and schedules, monitoring task progress, tracking budgets, allocating resources, assessing risks, and providing regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
The role requires 5 years of project management experience, proficiency in PM tools, strong English communication skills (C1 level), and preferential experience in technology and insurance sectors. Candidates should demonstrate ability to work independently, escalate issues appropriately, and champion work efficiencies.
