Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for Business Development to lead market-entry initiatives across additional European markets and shape the strategic development and positioning of Allvest GmbH within Allianz's German retirement- and investment-market. The role involves leading and coordinating market-specific projects, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and various Allianz units, and supporting evidence-based decision making with quantitative analyses. You will take on (partial) project leadership, expand our product offering in Germany, and help build partnerships and customer networks. This permanent, full-time position is based in Munich with hybrid work options and attractive benefits.

Als Senior Consultant Business Development bernehmen Sie Verantwortung beim Eintritt in weitere europische Mrkte. Auerdem gestalten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung der Allvest GmbH im deutschen Altersvorsorge- und Investmentmarkt aktiv mit und untersttzen die Erschlieung neuer Kunden(-gruppen).
Sie bernehmen (Teil-)Projektverantwortung und arbeiten in enger Abstimmung innerhalb des Teams Business Development und mit allen anderen Allvest-Teams (Marketing, PR, Operations, Finance, IT) sowie diversen nationalen und internationalen Allianz-Einheiten. Unsere Hierarchien sind flach und Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschftsfhrung zusammen.
Wie knnen Sie etwas bewirken?
- Sie treiben den Markteintritt in weitere europische Mrkte mit neuen Investment- und Altersvorsorge-/Lebensversicherungsprodukten voran
- Sie verantworten und koordinieren dabei einzelne Mrkte und Projekte
- Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktangebots in Deutschland voran
- Sie entwickeln unsere Marktbearbeitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT & PR weiter (z.B. lfd. Optimierung Customer Journey, Weiterentwicklung Kundenbeziehungen/ Partnerschaften/ Netzwerke)
- Sie untersttzen Unternehmensentscheidungen mit quantitativen Analysen
- Sie bernehmen weitere strategische Projekte und deren Umsetzung
- Sie bereiten Unterlagen und Termine fr das Top Management der Allianz vor
Was zeichnet Sie aus?
- Sie haben Ihr Studium mit beliebiger Fachrichtung mit sehr guten Noten absolviert
- Sie haben bereits 3 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Top Tier Unternehmensberatung, im Investmentbereich, bei einer Versicherung oder hnlichem gesammelt
- Sie haben ein ausgeprgtes Interesse an Finanz- und Altersvorsorge-/Lebensversicherungsthemen
- Sie verfgen ber auergewhnliche analytische und konzeptionelle Fhigkeiten und zhlen Storylining zu Ihren Strken
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und -koordination
- Sie haben Spa am Aufbau eines neuen Geschftsmodells, bringen unternehmerisches Handeln mit und treiben Themen proaktiv voran
- Sie sind sicher und routiniert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, speziell PowerPoint und Excel
- Sie sprechen flieend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in geschftsbezogenen Funktionen einer Versicherung (z. B. Vertrieb, Betrieb, Schadensregulierung, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Beratung, Produktentwicklung, Finanzen, Marktmanagement, Digital / Tech usw.) sind von Vorteil
