About the Job 

 

As a SAP Project Manager you will lead and manage SAP projects within the Global Finance and Procurement team, focusing on international S/4Hana rollouts and ERP system support. This role requires expertise in FI and CO modules, project leadership and collaboration across SAP modules.

 

What you do

 

  • Support the Global Finance and Procurement team (GFP03) in projects, new rollouts, and ongoing operations as an SAP FI-AA Consultant.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project and rollout deliverables, maintaining production support and maintenance activities within SLAs without escalations.
  • Collaborate on the central SAP ERP System with international counterparts and contribute to the rollout of S/4Hana templates for Finance & Controlling.
  • Provide expertise in FI and AA modules, understanding functional requirements to create concepts and implement customizations.
  • Lead or co-lead small projects, including upgrades, new modules, and rollouts, while acting as a contact for other SAP modules like SD, MM, and RE FX.
  • Execute full cycle SAP implementations and roll-outs in the FICO module, gathering requirements for enhancements and change requests in the FI-AA module.
  • Prepare configuration documents, program specifications, enhancements, test scripts, user manuals, and training courses, and work on data migration concepts, providing go-live and post-go-live support.

 

What you bring

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline, with a Master's preferred.
  • At least 5 years of SAP experience in SAP FI-AA, with additional experience in SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP consulting or project management, including at least one full-cycle SAP project implementation, with APAC project experience as an advantage.
  • Ability to translate abstract enhancement specifications into concrete realization approaches and communicate effectively in English.
  • Capable of working independently and proactively in a multinational team, with excellent knowledge of Finance/Controlling processes, especially in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills, along with excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, with SAP S4 Certification preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
