The role

Controlling, Reporting and Planning of the Reinsurance Performance of Allianz Trade 

Main tasks 

• Performance Analysis & Reporting : Prepare using BI tools and Advanced Ecel Skills regular reports and analysis on Performance KPIs and variance explanations against Plan , Forecast and Prior Years 
• Financial Planning & Forecasting : Support annual planning cycles, quaterly forecast and multi year strategic plan. Build and and maintain financial models to project Premiums and claims on specific Portfollio. Coordinate of the Reinsurance budget process interacting with Allianz Trade OEs, Group Finance and Support teams. Run the captive's budget process using the dedicated Planning tool.
• Data System and Process Improvement : Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in performance and planning processes. Improve reporting automation and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI  AI agentic ).
  Support continuous enhancement of analytical methodologies and performance frameworks.

The role

• Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset.
• University degree in Finance, Economics or similar education.
• Ability with Digital data & modern workplace (digital reporting and communication tools):  Skilled in using SAP Business Warehouse Advanced Excel skills (FI modeling Automation VBA Desirable), AI & Agentic Automation skills to automate data reconciliation Recurring Anaalysis tasks and produce narrative perforamce summaries)
• Team Player, Interpersonal  & communication Skills in an International Context
• Ability to Balance multiple tasks to deliver good data quality on time
• Problem Solving capacities 
• English (fluent is a plus)
