Support the Health, Safety & Wellbeing function through coordinating administrative tasks, document management, and communication flow. Organize access control, liaise with suppliers and building administrators, and ensure compliance with SSM/PSI training, medical checks, and SSM-SU documentation for all employees. Lead wellness initiatives, promote regional wellness programs, develop a Wellness community, and participate in CSR activities while reporting progress to HR and senior management. Enable a safe, healthy workplace and act as a liaison for Health & Safety matters across the office.

Description
What you do
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner and registration of documents in internal applications
Coordinates the access of foreign persons to the office; liaising with suppliers; performing administrative tasks as per managers request
Participates in organizing and conducts actions meant to contribute to the success of the company
Coordinates the SSM/PSI activities and makes sure that all the employees are attending the specific trainings according with the legal requirements ; Ensure that there is training for new employees (performed live / on the platform / based on the material) and that the SSM-SU sheets are signed; Ensure that there is medical control for new employees and periodically for the old ones
Ensure that there are SSM-SU sheets for all employees
Maintain contact with the building administrator and / or maintenance providers for the means of fire prevention and extinguishing (installations, alarm buttons, extinguishers, hydrants, etc.);
To represent the company in the event of ITM / ISU controls; To participate in the research of work events (accidents, incidents) together with our Health & Safety provider; To collaborate with us for any SSM-SU activity
Provide advice, support and assistance on Health, Safety & Wellbeing topics to CEO, Exco Team, Managers and Staff
Promote and ensure implementation of Regional Wellness framework; roll out the initiatives locally; prepare communication to employees
Participate in organizing and conducting local actions / initiatives in the area of welness meant to contribute to increase employee resilience and wellbeing
Create a Wellness community, assessing needs and brainstorming new initiatives
Active member of local CSR Committee, participates and is actively involved in CSR campaigns (virtual or the on-site) focusing on the Health Pillar
Provide continuous update to HR and the management team about the implementation of the wellbeing initiatives
