Summary of the Role: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting in the management of existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth in the Fraud and Crime Insurance sector.
Main Tasks:
- Work alongside the Fraud & Crime Lead Underwriter to manage the portfolio of Fraud/Crime Insurance clients while building a pipeline of new business leads through various distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain excellent personal relationships with insurance brokers across the UK to ensure strong partnerships.
- Conduct sales prospecting, including research and development of leads across all customer segments.
- Collaborate with other lines of business to identify and capitalise on cross-sell opportunities.
- Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and other compliance due diligence checks on new policies and renewals to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist in creating sales proposals, business plans, marketing campaigns, and other materials for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the business at relevant conferences and exhibitions, promoting the Business Fraud product to stakeholders and enhancing brand visibility.

- Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputable university in any field
- Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent report writing, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computing skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
- A strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to business development.
