Nous recherchons un/une Conseiller(e) ayant une exprience significative dans lidal au moins 3 ans dans le domaine de la Protection Sociale et une trs bonne maitrise des solutions commerciales en matire de prvoyance, sant, dpendance et retraite.
Nos Conseiller(e)s spcialis(e)s en Protection Sociale apportent un conseil de proximit en se dplacant au domicile ou sur le lieu de travail de leurs clients et un conseil personnalis avec une mthode de vente base sur une approche des besoins et une vision prospective.
- Quelles seront vos missions ?
Vous serez linterlocuteur unique dune clientle de professionnels et vos missions consisteront :
- Dvelopper par la conqute un portefeuille de clients de professionnels (Travailleurs non-salaris, Chefs dentreprises et leurs collectifs)
- Fidliser et accompagner nos clients dans la rflexion et la dfinition de leurs besoins en leur proposant des solutions commerciales adaptes, en matire de prvoyance, sant, dpendance et retraite (contrats individuels et collectifs)
- Crer et dvelopper votre rseau de partenaires et prescripteurs.
- Proposer des conseils et des solutions sur mesure laide doutils spcifiques (OAV)
Allianz propose des solutions personnalises et adaptes et s'appuie sur toutes les expertises du Groupe et de leurs partenaires (UNIM, UNICED).
