Release Train Manager for a financial markets firm leading a major infrastructure and applications transformation programme. You will manage Agile delivery across multiple (8+) scrum teams globally, coordinating product, engineering, infrastructure and release activities. Release Train Manager - Financial Markets
A financial markets firm are driving a major infrastructure and applications transformation programme and have an opportunity for a Release Train Manager to play a key technical delivery role across multiple technology teams.
You will manage Agile delivery across multiple scrum teams, working with product and technology teams, including infrastructure owners, application owners, engineering teams, product leans and heads of technology, to drive the delivery of systems across multiple technology areas. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, systems, and application engineering, and will have worked to manage delivery and release across
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- 5+ years Agile delivery experience in technology industry or financial services/markets
- Proven experience managing delivery/release across multiple (8+) scrum teams in a global environment
- Significant Agile delivery experience, preferably with demonstrable experience as an RTE / in Scaled Agile
- End-to-end technology experience: infrastructure, architecture, analysis, engineer, testing and release
- Technical background (ideally in engineering or architecture)
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is an £650-700/day PAYE role (cf. £815 umbrella) based London, initially for six months.
